"Everything was very clean and welcoming just a small misunderstanding that toilet paper was not provided and hot water was in limited to supply for 21 people"

"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. "We really had a lovely time. The location of the house is great. Really quiet and peacefull, with birds singing all day. The house was clean and equiped with all amenities. We enjoyed the outside very much, the bbq and loungeset and of course the large table was used everyday. The pool was clean and heated, so the kids could swim everyday. The owners are helpfull and kind. As said, we loved our stay and are looking forward to come back here!"

There was also enough space outside to enjoy the sun and in the evening you could sit at the table to play some games. "Big and well equiped kitchen. Clean bedrooms and most importantly for our group of 12 woman: 4 bathrooms 😉 Refreshing pool & nice tennis court. Beautiful view and by night a great view on the sky full of stars! On 8min drive to small charming villages. A great place to stay! "Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie das Ferienhaus im Sommer gemietet. Das Dorfzentrum mit Bäcker, kleinem Laden und Pizzabäcker war in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Große Lebensmittelketten in 5-15min mit dem Auto. Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man sich gut im Haus aufhalten - als Passivhaus war es sehr gut gedämmt und hat sich Nachts entsprechend abgekühlt. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage - die in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführt war (darum 4 von 5 Sterne). Das Haus war super sauber und...

"We visited in August (2018) and had a wonderful, relaxing break. The Villa was very clean and perfect for a family stay. The kids loved the swimming pool - which was never busy. We got increasingly brave as the week progressed and were so pleased that we visited historic Carcassonne and the beach at Serignan. The local food and wine are to die for! Catherine and Matthew were great hosts...........and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended."
