"This hotel is terrible. It desperately needs renovation and refurbishment. My room was disgusting. Horrible decor and furnishings from the ‘80s (I’m not joking), stains on the carpet, dirty shower. You sense dirt. Communal areas are dirty, bland and soulless. The pool area was cold, smelly and unappealing. If I wasn’t so tired on arrival, I’d have walked out. Staff were very unwelcoming. "This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. It is extremely quiet here with easy access to the excellent Netherlands freeways. The indoor pool and the swimming lake were loved by my visiting grandkids. The service, pizzas and beers at the onsite restaurant were spot on. We would definitely come back here. My kids liked visiting so much they already booked their own get away here."
