"Though there was an issue with my room, the first couple of days, I was quickly placed in another villa. It was beautiful. I enjoyed it, however, I was not given complete information. I had to repack my belongings a couple days later to be moved back to the original villa. It too was very nice but it was quite an inconvenience to have to spend a day moving my belongings. i lost a lot several hours of vacation time."

"The reservation process was a nightmare! Poor communication across the board.The property was nice and clean, but the cost of parking was more than double…when I pointed it out, they said fees are subject to change. The beach was totally unusable due to nasty smelling seaweed. No forewarning even at check in. Only when we walked down did we realize that it was not even suitable to walk on. The closest beach to the property that was usable was almost an hour away. If the beach is your thing,...

"The hours of the pool were great 9 to 10 for one and 9 to 7 for the other. They give you pool towels. They are villas close to Department stores and restaurants. Everyone was friendly. Gated community."
