"This property was even better than the photos suggest. Private and serene. The kayakers enjoyed the open water. The non-kayakers enjoyed reading and enjoying nature from the Adirondack chairs on the dock. We also enjoyed the porch. The house was clean and modern inside. The fact that there was no ensuite worked best--both bathrooms were accessible to the six of us."

"The house was just as it was listed!! Our annual family vacation was so much fun here! Plenty of room, very clean, and fully stocked! Peddle boats, kayaks, and pool used daily!! Fire every night!!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!!"

"We stayed at this location for a softball tournament and it was very convenient to the fields. The sizes of the bedrooms were perfect and the host was very polite and responsive! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone in town for a tournament."

"Clean and Quiet. Deck may need some TLC. Kitchen was very nice. Was surprised to learn about the thermostat being locked, but we just dealt with it being 70 degrees. Property management offered to send someone out to adjust, but we opted not to have someone come into the space while we were there or away. "

"Photos are accurate and it was great to have a dock to go out on. It was very peaceful. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch any fish or crabs in late August. House has a comfortable layout. Lots of outdoor games for kids. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Close to Cambridge lighthouse, RAR brewery, and blackwater nature reserve. NOTE: If you plan on cooking with your group, I’d recommend bringing some basics, knives and serving bowls. The kitchen did have good pans, pots and lids. "

"We enjoyed our time at the house very much. We went out to dinner only once and the rest of the time we ate in. We grilled two nights and made a roast one night. The views and the pool were more than you could imagine."

"The property was just as we remembered it. This is our second stay at this location so no surprises. The driveway is a little tight with the new fence but not an issue, so why mention it you say? As we get older the stairs are very tight and would become an issue. I sent a note to ES people about the plumbing upstairs but an easy fix. All good maybe see you next time."

"I was turning 80 and wanted a special place where my whole family could gather for a week to help me celebrate. Casey's Porch turned out to be the perfect place. There were 11 of us and everyone had the best time. There was plenty of space in the house so we weren't on top of each other, but great opportunities to come together around the big dining room table or the pool for special family times. Clare and Chris were great hosts. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed."
