"Excellent location for main train station, as a solo traveller I felt safe walking to and from the station even at night. Room was exceptionally quiet, never heard any noise from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was good and enough to set you up for the morning. I found all staff polite and helpful."

"This hotel is literally a three minute walk from the international terminal of the Vienna airport. It's clean, quiet (a feat for an airport hotel!), the staff is nice and they provide coffee and light pastries for travelers leaving before the breakfast service starts. I'm sure the rest of the amenities the hotel offers will be satisfying -- we just didn't avail ourselves of any special services besides the early morning breakfast."

"Room was clean but the mattresses (2 twins) were awful and not comfortable at all. There was one tiny trash can that held maybe a liter? The sink pipe smelled like sewer when you ran the sink to brush your teeth. The staff was nice and the breakfast fine. Nothing exciting. We did not use the free drink tickets at the bar we received at check-in."

"Everythinat is flawless at this huge, brand new, high tech hotel.. The promised shuttle bus took me to the rather isolated property where I checked in on one of the many self-service terminals in the lovely lobby. The room was small but inviting and had everything I needed but nothing more. The bed and bedding were outstanding and I had a great sleep. The washroom was well-designed and user friendly. The room and the rest of the property was spotless and welcoming and is the obvious result of exemplary design. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. One irritating flaw caused me to give four stars instead of five. The hotels sends numerous messages before arrival. I have no idea what the messages said because they were all in German with no option to read the messages in other languages. One has to wonder why no thought was given to either providing the messages in English and other languages or proving automatic translation. Definitely an unfriendly, thoughtless introduction to an otherwise wonderful stay at a great property. This is by no means a luxury property but I very much enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a testament to thoughtful design and impecable execution."
