Point Place Casino Hotel

"What a pleasant surprise to find this casino/hotel. It happened to be Family Weekend at Syracuse University and lots of hotels in the area were either sold out or way overpriced. What a relief this casino was available! The room was big, nice, clean and quiet. What a nice option to have and will keep this place in mind next time I go back for a big event on campus."

"This place proved to be a wonderful surprise! The view of the Lake was very nice, and it was a very easy block walk to walk right up to it. The local sites were beautiful, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The rooms are all on one floor so there were no mobility issues. The room was very clean and their staff was very kind and accommodations were great. The only drawback was that there are no staff on site and that can make registration upon arrival a challenge especially for those who are not tech savvy. The price point for this room was also very fair. We will gladly stay there again!!!!!!!"

"The exterior of the building was pretty rough, with weeds and a defunct/decrepit section that used to be a Denny's. I was dreading what I was going to find in my room but the room and bathroom itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner worked. The TV did not work."

"The Onedia Mansion House is a wonderful place to stay. It a unique experience to stay in a Museum and Historic House such as the Mansion. This is not the usual B&B or hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and grounds are lovely for walking."
