Convenient for main station and public transport. Very friendly and casual. Good restaurant - good breakfast buffet, great Austrian beer later in day. Clean room. Only one issue was no bathroom - just a shower opening directly into the bedroom, with a sink in the bedroom. Also no laundry facilities as stated on Expedia - just a laundry service.

Visited VIE for the first time. Hotel Daniel was in a great location and very easy to get around the city. I loved the restaurant and breakfast especially. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.

Excellent for tram and train travel in Vienna and for longer trips. It is a city hotel and so do no expect a bucolic country hotel silence! But there is a huge park across the road for ample greenery. Food was of a very high standard. Rooms are interestingly laid out, as to be expected in a converted office building. Toilet basin shower all in separate locations. Stayed a week and it was not problem. Shower is wet room style with handy large shelf and mirror. Air con. Mega TV. Storage is open frame and you will have to use cases for your smaller clothing items. Bed comfort and sleep was fantastic. Goldilocks. Not to hard not too soft. Could get up and not wake up partner! Room service top notch with towels and paper products. The hotel has an eco rating so you have to specify your room cleaning times. The eco ethos is unobtrusive but nice to know. All staff very friendly, service good and reception very capable. Staying again for another week month after next. Great Hotel.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms on the front face a busy road and there are few shops nearby but it is close to the HBFand other transport. The Botanical Gardens which are lovely are a short walk away.
