Enchanting experience, a must on your bucket list. The staff are so professional and friendly you feel part of the family. In addition to the spacious room, there is a beautiful garden area, a tea and coffee area, and free beer every night during happy hour. Also many fine restaurants and shops nearby.

Best service from staff. Best brekfast with home made eggs and crepes. I so looked forward to the breakfasts every day. Loved this hotel so much. Great service from the staff. Beautiful, large, modern and well decorated room. Full and delicious breakfast. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. you have complimentary snacks, fruit and beer. The hotel is very well located. It would be nice if they sent you check-in instructions in advance since the hotel is in a building and the lobby is on the second floor. I would not hesitate to return.

The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet which allowed for a great nights sleep. The breakfast was included and they offered a buffet of fruit, cereals, toast, etc. or you could special order. We had omelettes and they were delicious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. The location was nice, tucked away on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious room, comfortable bed, great location 5 min walk from st-Stephens platz. Breakfast was great. Close to all public transportation and walking distance from most landmark places. One slight comment. Temporary reception area is close to the rooms on level 2 and is a bit noisy in the morning.
