From the front desk to the cleaning staff , restaurant staff to the managers they were all amazing . I’d like to thank Julia the manager front desk Simon and everyone one by one individually for making our stay unbelievably memorable… the hotel is situated right in the heart of Vienna literally steps away from shops and museums etc. very safe , clean and comfortable. Also top floor restaurant has a nice view, good food and great staff…

This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and an incredible energy. The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the cathedral, in the heart of Vienna. The building itself has an iconic architecture and feels very unique and sophisticated. The hotel also has two amazing restaurants, both beautifully decorated and with a fantastic ambiance. Everything felt elegant, stylish and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was awesome! The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty but nothing terrible. The staff were amazing! They were very helpful to us since this was our first trip to Vienna. The food was very good as well.

I would prefer more lights in the room, specially around the closet and bath. Also more lights at hallways. The breakfast at the hotel is very expensive if you compare with other places near by. The reception location is extremely unusual, at floor 6th. On top of that, at the hotel entrance there is a Demel shops expending all day long demels to go. The smell gets into the hotel pathways, lift, all over. Room was very very clean!!! Clean ladies, views and in general personnel there are excellent!!!

All was excellent and we had a wonderful view BUT the lighting in the room wasn’t good for putting on makeup and the clothes storage area was too small and we kept everything in our suitcases. Service was excellent
