"I didn’t love the setup of this place. Lots of stairs and walking outside to get to the rooms upstairs. Front desk staff was decent but not overly helpful. My first room smelled strongly of weed. I was able to change rooms, but it all involved a lot of back and forth to the front desk to switch keys. The shuttle to the airport is helpful, but I waited 45 minutes for one when I landed. It’s a decent place for an overnight to and from the airport. The breakfast was nice."

"The sink in my room did not drain properly. I asked the desk manager to address three times. The sink was never fixed even though he said he would check it personally on my third request. Breakfast was great. Good access to a great mall, Springfield Mall."

"a bit worn, dated but clean, pleasant, no evidence of vermin. so as a budget place is good to go. I would happily use them again.breakfast was juice machine , coffee machine. bulk cereal, prepackaged bread, bagel,oatmeal,condiments. hot waffel maker. hot instant scrambled eggs, ham. terrible under cooked shredded potatoes. not much gluten/dairy free. "
