Arbio I Liv’s Place Apart 1-bedroom apartment with balcony has everything you need for your Vienna trip. The unit comes with heating, Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. The apartment consists of the main living area, including a comfortable couch, a generous table and a modern well-equipped kitchen. A beautifully designed bedroom, with a queen-sized bed. Lastly, the apartment has a sleek, modern bathroom and a separate toilet.

The Arbio I Liv’s Place Lux Apartments located in 15-minute tram ride will take you to the Belvedere Palace, home to an impressive collection of Austrian art, including Gustav Klimt`s famous painting `The Kiss.”

Located in the residential 11th district, you will have all necessities in front of the door. Within 150 meters radius, there are 3 supermarkets (one of them is even in the same house as the apartment), a pharmacy, a drug sture and a bank/ATM.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the apartment by scanning the QR code.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
INFORMATION ON FIRE DETECTORS


Dear guests,

There are multiple fire detectors in the apartment. Please follow these rules:

1) Do not smoke in the apartment. This will trigger the fire detector.

2) Always keep the bathroom door closed when you are showering. The steam can trigger the fire detector.

3) Always activate the kitchen hood above the stove (pull it out) when you are cooking. Carefully watch the smoke development - excessive smoke will trigger the fire detector.

4) Do not touch the fire detector in any circumstances. This will trigger the fire alarm.

In case the fire alarm is set off, this automatically requests the fire department. Without a legitimate cause, this will result in a fine of up to €5.000.
