Poorly Organized and Disappointing

On arrival we were told that VRBO "should have never allowed us to book". 20 minutes of waiting later, they told us it was their msitake and we did indeed have a room. The room itself had stained walls, food on the wall in the kitchen, paint spray spatter all over the kitchen appliances, no pans to use in the oven and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Breakfast is laughably bad as well. Old microwaved pork sausage and bagged eggs were the mainstay. We will never stay again.
