"The over night staff was very helpful however, the room had what looked like black mold developing at the top of the roof. I put the ac on 69 but the room seemed not to get any cooler than 73. For the room I had the light didn’t work to let me know that the key pad had accepted the key so I thought they key didn’t work so I went down and got another one but it was just the light out on the door.
