"As someone who travels extensively around the world and has spent decades in hospitality, hotel management, and guest experience, my expectations are high. Nest Paris/London exceeded them with ease. The location is outstanding, with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, attractions, and everything a traveler needs to enjoy the city. What impressed me most was the attention from the hosting team. Every question, request, and need was answered promptly, professionally, and with genuine care, whether it involved transportation, food, local places, or general information. A special mention goes to Cristobal, whose professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference. His support reflected excellent hospitality: present when needed, efficient, respectful, and focused on the guest experience. The property is safe, modern, and high-tech. The access system provides peace of mind, and the unit was impeccable, clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything a guest could need. Check-in and check-out were flawless and organized. Once inside the unit, the hosts allow guests to enjoy the space freely, with privacy and no unnecessary interruptions, while still remaining available if needed. I stayed for one week during my first visit and was so satisfied that I returned without thinking twice. Nest Paris/London offers comfort, safety, professionalism, excellent location, and a reliable guest experience. I highly recommend it and would gladly return again."
