"I had an urgency and with 1 month in advance I called Expwdia because renting the house was a mistake that I did. I asked Expedia to have some flexibility. They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. You could win a customer forever but you preferred to have your rent"

"Finding the property was challenging because the building address is located so that it is visible only when driving from the north and we were arriving from the south. To further complicate matters, our gps indicated the property was located on beach side of street (which is obviously NOT the fault of vrbo host). Also parking access is at north end of complex. Check-in process was challenging due mostly to fact that we were unable to find the parking spot. There are two numbers for each parking...

The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system.
