"I loved this hotel. My room on the 5th floor was just lovely. The shower took a while to warm up but then there was plenty of hot water. Fabulous location just at the base of the hill where you walk up to castle, 2 min from the Roman amphitheater, and steps from all the shops, restaurants and scenic streets of the old town. "

The staff is excellent—professional and helpful, especially Filippini at the front desk, and Tommy “the King of breakfast.” Breakfast buffet was outstanding and well worth the price. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room and facility was b very clean and well-maintained. Room had a few quirks like poorly distributed outlets, but overall our stay was outstanding. We are traveling all over Italy and Paris and this was a great value for the price. "

Lamberto made our trip totally stress free. He picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the train station both days and dropped us off at the port for our cruise. He is the very best host. I highly recommend this apartment. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I’m in the area again. "
