"Its my 1st time traveling in Nigeria. I got the chance to experience the local food. Coconut rice is definitely better outside Radisson. Service was exceptional here. Server, waitress, housekeeper doing a great job without expecting anything in return. Unlike some area like warri, every service they provide, they wait for you to tip them. Maybe bathrooms need to be updated. But overall, our stay was memorable here. "

"I usually book an Airbnb when I visit but this time I opted for a hotel because of a terrible Airbnb experience. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was I did not find out until I checked out that breakfast was included in my stay since I booked the executive room! Staff should inform people when they check in and that pissed me off"

"We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in. I’m sure the hotel provides Expedia with their prices and if there was any issue with this, the hotel should have taken it up with Expedia. Expedia tried to contact the hotel but they weren’t successful, leaving us with no choice but to manage what we were given. The staff didn’t seem to care about this. "
