Perfectly located next to beautiful Mt Douglas Park - PKOLS. Our bright, clean and spacious Suite is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers business travellers, students, parents of students & birders! guests suite is situated beside Mt. Douglas Park - PKOLS, taking advantage of the natures beauty and the West Coast scenery.

Only minutes walk will bring you to numerous hiking trails & the beach. We are on the bus route to downtown and The University of Victoria.

For biking enthusiasts, there is storage for bikes and we are 2 mins form the Greenway for the Goose Trail. Shopping, groceries and more are a short 10 min walk from the suite. Netflix, cable & Wifi Complementary!

You will have your own access, a private garden patio and tons of privacy!

We came to Victoria for a long weekend. The host was wonderful and greeted us. They gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants, coffee, and things to do. The garden was beautiful, and the host was very accommodating. Walking distance from market and breakfast lunch place. Great location for exploring around the greater Victoria area.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we were well looked after. They were discreet and considerate. They made sure we had everything we needed and were excellent at communicating with us. The suite is beautifully appointed and decorated and shows signs of professional touches throughout. A gorgeous location to celebrate an anniversary. We highly recommend it.

Large, clean suite
Kathleen and Roy's basement suite is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was much larger than we were expecting with 2 good-sized rooms, lota of seating and an open living/dining/kitchen area. It was perfect for 4 adults for a weekend. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

We were greeted with helpfulness, recommendations and accommodation for our stay. It was very helpful in making right decisions. The place was comfortable and clean. it was nice to be in. There were basic items which was great. Loved being near the beach and woods, more than visit to Victoria, which was only 15 minutes away as well as Butchart Gardens.

We loved this place! It's beautiful, spacious and clean. Both bedrooms and the bathroom were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our stuff. The kitchen was perfect, and the gardens outside were lovely. It's about 20-25 minutes from Butchart Gardens and Victoria, in a very pretty neighborhood. Best of all, Kathleen and Roy are personable and delightful!

We’ll be back!
July 29/23. This place was truly amazing. Just what we needed. Clean and very quiet. Pics don’t do it justice. Beautiful owners live upstairs with Mudder the dog. Greatest hosts. Although not close to downtown it was not far and we biked there. Lots of bike paths/parks/forests nearby. Great tips from Kathleen on where to eat and get the best ice cream.
