Designer-inspired and self-contained, the 1 bed/1-bath suite has a fully-stocked kitchen, open living room, bedroom, patio and yard for enjoying the glorious sunsets. The space
Brand-new in 2022, the suite includes a fully-stocked kitchen, open living room with sofa-bed, glass dining table with 4 chairs, bedroom with queen-sized bed, washer and dryer and private south-facing patio/yard overlooking the Sooke hills, ocean, valley and mountains. Located in luxurious Bear Mountain with 36 holes of Nicklaus Design golf, decadent spas and 55 km of biking trails. Only a 20 minute drive to Downtown Victoria.

There is a separate main portion of the house above the suite that does not have access to the suite.

Guest access
Guests can access their suite through a gate on the side of the house, then down a set of stairs. The door to the suite is through the back patio. Keypad access. Guests have use of the entire suite, plus the patio and shared backyard with the upper suite.
