She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!"

"Hotel is at walking distance to the Victoria Waterfalls. Lot of restaurants and shops around. A/C works good, internet not so good. Very friendly and courteous staff. You have to request THE hairdryer at the reception. Kettle at the room with instant coffee and tea bags and sugar. At the corridor of each floor the have filter water tanks. Daily housekeeping."

"These are great value apartments but these few are run independently of Miomba Mews so the breakfast is only available at one of the venues listed. This could be a bit clearer.
The apartments are great - very clean with most of what you need. Lamps could do with the correct plug on them (bedroom!) and a few utensils are broken or missing but apart from that, they are very spacious and comfortable and we felt very safe there due to the 24 hour security and high walls etc. Anna was also very kind to store our luggage so we could visit Zambia for the night. Be sure to ask for 12A/B as 6B was extremely noisy from the street when we changed after our night away (maybe as it was a Saturday?). Would recommend if you want to save a bit on eating out. Grab food from the Pick n’ Pay on the way from the airport."
