"A really wonderful Zimbabwe hotel. The staff is fantastic from Grace in reception to Tembe at breakfast to the driver Pardon and everyone in between. The property is very nice for relaxing after enjoying all the activities available. We did walk into town and to the falls. But if it’s too far for some people to walk the hotel staff will arrange a taxi."

"This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. "Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "
