The resident chickens are worth the morning or afternoon watching. Bob is a gracious host and always made sure we had what we needed!! When we come back to Montana we will stay here again. "

"This was an absolutely amazing vacation rental, truly a standout experience for our family! We especially loved the variety of onsite activities, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The pond was a huge hit, providing hours of fun with the paddleboard and paddle boat – it was wonderful to have those available right there. And for evening entertainment, the movie room was a fantastic bonus, perfect for family movie nights! The ample space was a huge relief; there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped, whether we were relaxing in the living areas or enjoying quiet time in our bedrooms.The fully functional kitchen was a chef's dream. It genuinely had everything we needed and more to prepare all our meals, from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners, which saved us a lot of money and made meal times so enjoyable.Finally, the host was truly amazing. Their quick and helpful responses to all our inquiries, both before and during our stay, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Having stayed in many vacation homes over the years, we can confidently say this one is easily in our top two experiences! We're already dreaming of our next visit."

"We enjoyed this home and location so much! To begin with, the communication from the owners is unmatched. Stephanie answered my questions and gave so many tips and suggestions for things to do. We appreciated that and put them to use! The house was SO clean and perfectly set up. They put forth so much effort into the details. Stocked mini fridges, a cute snack basket, etc. After claiming rooms half of our group ran right outside to start playing pickleball and enjoy the beautiful property. We could walk down the street to restaraunts, shopping and more! We had a family group of 19 and everyone was so happy with this home. We had everything we could ask for in the kitchen and made cappuccinos every morning. When we were getting ready to leave, Stephanie reassured us that we didn't need to do a thing, just enjoy every last minute we had on vacation. No chores! Thank you for that! I would recommend this place to anyone with a group of people. We were never on top of each other and had so many things to do. Hamilton is great! "

"I was disappointed only in the lackluster “breakfast”. There’s a restaurant right next door; scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, breakfast meats, maybe? Then again, it is a “free” perk. Otherwise, there’s no other place (than Oahu) where I’d spend the 4th."
