"Room was clean, staff was helpful. My only complaint was the hot breakfast was not up to the Hyatt standards that I have come to expect. The eggs, bacon and potatoes were under whelming to say the least :("

"This place really does have EVERYTHING!!! We loved the friendly staff, amenities that ranged from various pools to swim in to restaurants around every corner. One night we ordered room service and it was perfect. Then we hung out by the pool and had a lovely lunch adjacent to the golf course. The views are spectacular as well. This was the height of summer so it’s probably different in the winter."

"Place was decently clean, the food was good. The pool was nice. The only downside was the lack of luggage carriers, and elevators for staying with a big family with tons of stuff. Staff was friendly though."

"Mary at the front desk was very rude. We got there 30 minutes early from check in and spoke to someone on the phone that said that we could check in early without a fee when we arrived. Mary did not greet us. She was speaking to an off duty employee, they carried on their conversation for a few minutes without acknowledging us. Finally at a breaking point in their conversation I said hello I was needing to check in. She looked at me and just said “OK” she sounded confused so I said “okay Can I do that here? Or can I do it on my app?” And she replied “well yeah but I have to sign in so give me a second” in a very sarcastic tone. The off duty employee apologized to me and said they were switching shifts but it won’t take long. I thanked her for clarifying in a nice way instead of the way Mary spoke to me, and I believe she apologized because of the way Mary’s tone with me was. It was very unprofessional and made me and my spouse uncomfortable. The ice machine also didn’t work and we were not made aware of it so points off for that."

"The property was clean and somewhat well maintained. A bit surprised that the staff couldn't give us a better room even after telling them that I have an elderly with us and has difficulty walking. They gave us a room at the 6th floor and one of their elevators wasn't working. We were told that the room was assigned when we booked online."
