The unit features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring your entertainment and comfort throughout your stay. The self-contained kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for your culinary needs.
There are three bedrooms in the unit, all with built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage space for your belongings. The large combined bathroom and laundry area includes a shower, toilet, vanity, wash trough, and an automatic washing machine, providing convenience and functionality.

For parking, Please note that the carport is very small and not suitiable for large cars or 4 wheel drives. and if you have a boat with a trailer, there is a Visitors carparking area.

Down the road from the unit, you'll find a great swimming beach and Kent Reserve. Kent Reserve offers BBQ facilities, a playground, and a walking track that stretches from the Bluff to Victor Harbor, allowing you to enjoy scenic walks and keep fit.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
