"Overall it’s fair to stay there. First of all, it’s our first family trip to DC, and we don’t really know the hotel doesn’t offer on site parking until we got there for check in. So we had the valet parking for the staying days and tipped the driver after checked out. Basically it’s $200 extra. Well, we do understand the hotel locates in the city, so it’s kind of fair. Secondly, the carpets in the room is pretty old and dirty, it has stains that could be seen. So I let my kids have their shoes on most of the time. The room keeper did the great job, at least the towels were clean. If the boss can upgrade the carpets and more, I would like to give another chance to stay here when we visit DC again. Thanks!"

"Comfortable spacious room. Well serviced. Good food available in evening at bar. Friendly, polite staff. Did not try breakfast. "

"The room was looking worn - especially the faux leather headboard which was flaking. One elevator was out of order which caused lots of shared use by customers and cleaning/construction crews and stops in each floor. Staff was always friendly and quick with a greeting, though."

"Room was very small, closet only had room to hand a coat and a shirt with an ironing board that took up much of the space. Only found out there was complimentary coffee on the day I left. I found the hotel overpriced. Good location, right near Union Station and the restaurant The Dubliner int the hotel was very good"
