"It was a part of our Euro couple geataway and we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was close to train and metro stations, about 7 minutes walk. Easy self check in. The room was quite small but clean and pleasant looking, we had an acces to a kitchen space where we could make cappuccino and use the water filter. In the room we had a Nespresso machine, capsules an some cookies, as well as we were provided with a small bottle of prosecco, which was a pleasant treat.. The cleaning was done daily. I...

"We got there to find out it was not was shown in pictures. The toilet seat was broken off, there is mold around the window, the kitchen counter was cracked in half and the bedding had brown blood colored stains. I ask to only stay foe one night and refind the remainder and they said No.... DO NOT GO HERE. "

"Tien was a lovely host and gave us a great basic guide to the city upon arrival. All the staff we met were hospitable and helpful. The private room included two safes for storage of valuables, and ample place to store clothes and other stuff. The shared (w one other room) bathroom was very clean, though the hot water wasn't the most plentiful. "It was good place to stay, excellent hosts. But checking in was really frustrating. Place is managed from home but they never provided any check in guidelines though booking was made a month in advsnce. I believe its Expedia fault ...they make money for nothing without any such support to guests. "

"The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. "The property owner was very friendly and polite. She provided a wonderful European breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee / juice daily. The room was clean and homely. Transportation to downtown is about 30 minutes away by metro bus for about 1.50 euros each. Each way. Easy transport walking distance from hotel. If you need transportation she can arrange driver to airport or port. We had a wonderful experience would highly recommend this establishment. "

"This hotel is a joke, we arrive there around 11:30 pm. The hotel was out of rooms so we lost our money by booking this hotel. I don’t recommend the service at all. We had no where to sleep that night. "

"The property was in an area with many restaurants /bakeries and a grocery store nearby so made it convenient for us. The apartment was nicely stocked but I didn't know how to use the stove so really didn't cook anything but there was a microwave and a full size fridge.
