"Staff was absolutely incredible. I had a bad experience with a creepy man the first night I stayed. I let the owner know in the morning, and was immediately moved into a different room that locked at night so I could be safe. It isn’t unusual to have experiences like that in hostels as a young women, but the way the owner reacted was incredible. As far as facilities, it’s very fair for the price. I would stay there again! "

"We actually stayed at The Mirage (the Galaxy is an annex). Absolutely brilliant location; all travel options within minutes. Reliable lift with space for two and suitcases. Great night's sleep in comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and spacious room. Staff were lovely; very helpful and we were able to buy our air coach tickets at reception. Left luggage facility very convenient on our last morning. Very pleasant breakfast. Great restaurants nearby. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!"
