The location is great for strolling round Siena and close to the bus station if you want to use Siena as a base. Our room and bathroom were excellent and there were nice quiet areas to rest or read. "The pool was very nice overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The hotel has a nice ambience, rustic but very clean an updated. I like there were big windows that could open to a garden from the room. Getting around was a bit difficult even with a car. Very steep hills and is not so walkable. Very windy roads so it takes longer than expected to get to places. There are 2 nice villages very close by with different kind of restaurants. Barberino has stunning views. There is a walkable trail very close by a little creek but need to ask for directions, it's very secluded . The restaurant has really good food and service. Breakfast , very good, american style and italian.Perfect place for a honeymoon"
