A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain. There is other great trails further up the mountain (starts 10 min. away in car), with spectacular views. We used it for skiing, and tried Cervina, Valtournence, Thorgnon and Chamois. We had our best day at Chamois, even that's the smalles and cheapest ski resort I have ever...

We were a short distance from the town which was very quaint and felt untouched by tourists. We also had a row of shops and amenities 2 minutes drive in the car.
