"The pool was closed and has been for some time as they are rebuilding it. This was not advertised when booking nor was it communicated to us afterwards. Bike hire and meals also need to be arranged the day before , again this wasn't communicated to us when booking or when speaking to the reception on the phone prior to arriving. It's a lovely village but I think it's not ok to advertise facilities that aren't available as this was a big reason why we chose it. I would definitely go again though...

"Monica and her staff are wonderful, the property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and generous. For us, after 3.5 weeks of busy travel this was a perfect location to chill. We hung out during the day at the beaches, returned to shower and go back to town for dinner. It’s only 12 min to town/beach. Great place to stay, highly recommend!"

"This was a magical experience! Know you are staying on a farm so it is not about squeaky cleanliness. The room was basic with 3 beds in one room and a couch but it was all we needed to enjoy this unique property with peacock males dancing and showing their plumage and the mothers exhibiting their babies. Preschool groups visited and the staff were amazing. I liked that they were protecting the animals while allowing close interaction. Make sure you get the breakfast! It is beautiful and you can...

"The accommodation was reasonable for an overnight. A high ladder to climb with luggage. A gentleman, staff or owner, offered to help. The room and bathroom had no pleasant smell. A good available kitchen was great for preparing an evening snack and breakfast. Rate 8 for value for money."
