"Check-in was nice and staff friendly, the room was nice and modern however there was a cover that made me sniff all the time until I put it away. There was a minor incident where the fireman entered the building and I would expect for the reception staff to communicate what was happening for everyone to be calmed but the staff didn’t approach us at all. Overwall, it was a good stay"

"Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business."

"Attentive office staff and security staff. Housekeeping was great also. Stayed 10 nights. Only comment was some mosquitoes were in the room as we slept and got bit several times. Also I wish the hotel rooms offered at least 2 outlets for U.S products. There was only 1 outlet for charging iPhones or other American products. Safe neighborhood area at night. "

"Very reasonably priced accomodations in one of the best parts of Buenos Aires. Comfortable beds which can be configured as either two twins or one king. Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and more careful cleaning. Nonetheless would happily stay here again."

"It is an amazing property directly across the street from the cruise port. Once they finish repairs to the port, it will be even better ( at the time of writing this the check-in area at the port is temporarily closed and you need to go to the nearby convention centre to check in to your cruise). The pool is amazing, the outdoor pool is great for laps swimming and the indoor pool is actually a hot tub that is the size or larger than many hotels main pools. "
