"Comfortable, safe hotel, a 30 minute walk from the old town. Only issue was that the room safe, which utilized the magnetic strip of a credit card, never worked. It locked but never opened once during my 2-day stay so I needed to ask the staff to open it every time. Staff were helpful and patient."

"Hotel in good location for restaurants. Bus stop outside no 31 to take you to Almeria town easy journey. For a 5 star hotel I was disappointed that there is no complementary water daily. You can purchase a daily bundle of various items that includes water. Also minor but no dressing gown or slippers. I don’t feel it’s a 5 star hotel"

"We stayed at the Best Sabinal Hotel on a room only basis. The hotel is situated in a great area, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had a sea view room and I would definitely recommend this, rather than looking out over the carpark! The staff were always helpful and friendly. We never had any trouble getting a sun lounger by the pool! There is a €5 charge per lounger per day on the beach however. Our room was always really well cared for by the housekeeping team. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
