It is only three kilometres from the sea (Alguadulce), where you will find sandy beaches or several restaurants at the port, which your hosts will recommend on arrival. The accommodation is located between the mountains and the sea. The ski slopes are accessible until April. The motorway, 2.5 kilometres away, provides easy access to Almeria airport (35 km). The Tabernas Desert, the setting for Sergio Leone's film "Spaghetti Western", is also 80 kilometres away, as is the Gabo de Gata nature reserve. Granada, famous for its Sierra Nevada and its magnificently restored Alcazar, is 160 kilometres away, Malaga, the city where Picasso was born, 200 kilometres and Alicante 300 kilometres.

On the living room balcony, you can dine outside at a table with four chairs and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. Parking is available in the underground car park. There is also a communal swimming pool on the roof of the building.
