Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

Our bed was enormous…a rarity at most hotels, so that was a plus. We didn’t have a view, per se. But, we did get light so we didn’t care. The temperature of the shower water could have been a bit warmer, but again, we didn’t care. We chose to eat breakfast one morning; we were impressed with the offerings. Our only “negative” was.,,there seemed to be an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Luckily that did not permeate into our room. For us, the location was wonderful!

"Absolutely incredible place. Has everything you’d expect from a hotel. Including daily room service. Only used it every couple of days but they checked daily just to make sure you have fresh towels. Pool was phenomenal and thermals right on the main floor. Will be back 100% also, ACs in every room ..."
