Beautiful apartment located in one of the most beautiful historical buildings in Viareggio, with sea view balcony and air conditioning. The apartment overlooks Viareggio's famous promenade, full of stores, restaurants and clubs that host the nightlife.

The apartment , on the second floor with elevator, consists of a large double bedroom with beautiful sea view and access to the balcony , a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom , a bright living room with double sofa bed with French door to access the sea view balcony , dining room also with French door to access the balcony, fully equipped kitchenette, second full bathroom with shower.
