"It’s a nice place and the staff is very friendly. I came with a toddler and it’s the perfect place to stay with children. In my room I had mini kitchen! Just perfect for my needs "
"easy parking, good hot water supply for shower. ok wifi. small room, but well appointed. the mini bar priced were reasonable.
my only minor complaint would be noise from the corridor and other rooms on occasion, esp in morning. if you are a light sleeper, take this into consideration."
"No hidden fees.. no extra for parking.. no extra for breakfast and so on...
Traditional hotel in Joinville with german thematic. A lot better than some budgets nearby. "
"Gosto muito da rede Bristol, conforto, limpeza, atendimento.
Nos últimos tempo o que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã, variedade de opções é boa, porém o frescor de alguns produtos ja não.

"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet.
The restaurant & staff were pleasant. Pool area nice. The hotel surroundings needs mayor fixings. Anything from abandoned buildings & places with...
"This looked like a wonderful place, but we never found out because we couldn't get in. The code they sent us didn't work, and all attempts to contact them failed. This was late at night in the pouring rain...we eventually found another hotel and spent over $100 USD more for it...all because the code didn't work and we couldn't get in.
I contacted hotels.com and asked for a refund, but they wouldn't give it to me because the property owner wouldn't agree to it. Obviously, there's a risk with...

"I would say that doesn’t make sense. The fridge is loaded with beer, but no one bottle of water. Really? If I’m thirsty at night should I have a beer?
I think all the staff, front desk, breakfast area, they’re not allowed to smile. No one smiles, never."
"Horrible. The room was supposed to be one twin or queen bed, they gave me two single beds.
The room door in both rooms we used had issues to be opened - had to call the staff to learn how to open it and it was very annoying.
The room was very clean but it was so old. A tiny TV with a horrible image in a low level, hard to watch from bed.
There was a window air conditioner very noise.
The whole place was noisy. Upstairs rooms were something like dragging heavy furniture or rocks, there was people on the hallways speaking out loud at night and workers on the daytime.
It is very well located and the breakfast was fair, but far from a good one considering the price for the night.
The staff is weird. One night the guy on the front desk vanished and in the garage same thing. You need to look for them by yourself.
Long history short, not worth the money."
"Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice."
