In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Stepped path to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra). Shop 150 m, bus stop "L'Ours" 900 m, railway station "Sion" 18 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 150 m, chair lift, slopes 20 m. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Imalp SA in Les Collons.
"Hiboux", 6-room terraced house 115 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 4 beds. Balcony, terrace. Panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Garage at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
