"Het appartement was modern en schoon. Een heerlijke douche, prima bed. In de keuken een vaatwasser en een oven. Het hotel lag boven op de berg. De eerste keer even zoeken waar de parkeerplaats was (het terrein van de kabelbaan). Was er dan niets niet oké? Nou, alles was oké, maar… het bankje zat voor geen meter. "Fantastic place to stay for a week. Well equipped with super facilities. Apartment was home from home, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the pool excellent. "Clean, cute little apartment with a comfortable bed. Very convenient to town and a short walk to the funicular. The views off the porch are beautiful. The owner was great with communication. There were just two of us so we only used the bed in the main area. The bed in the loft and the bonus space seemed good for kids. It is unusual not having a couch in the living space but it didn’t really affect our stay. "

"Le chalet est très bien équipé, il est chaleureux et les espaces communs sont bien adaptés au nombre d’occupants. Un seul regret: le lave- vaisselle qui nettoyait très mal, voire pas du tout, et dont le panier supérieur était cassé. Nous aurions également apprécié une théière… Nous n’hésiterons cependant pas à revenir."

"Worn out place, very dirty (think of empty beer cans, shampoo bottles behind couch, insects in dishwasher, dirty towels that were left behind, very dirty fridge), incomplete cuttelery, very dusty. Oven not working. Toilet seat broken etc, etc. We book already accommodations for more than 20 years, this has been the worst ever."

Nous avons aimé le professionnalisme de l'agence de location Alpvision qui a réagi rapidement quand nous avons rencontré notre petit problème de sonnette. "Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all).
