"The property was as described. The views were amazing when sitting at the tables by the pool. The views put the three bedrooms we used all had balconies and views of Bracciano Lake as well as the pool. Each bedroom had an air conditioner if you chose to use it independently of each bedroom. We each had our own bathroom which was great. Tommaso checked us in and toured us the house upon arrival and how things worked. He lives in the town so if we could have had any issues we was close.
