"Pat was a great host for this property. She was excellent to communicate with throughout the stay. Property was in great condition, extremely clean and pet friendly and didn't smell of pet odors. The views from this property are amazing with multiple decks for enjoyment. Close to both nearby wineries, the mill, and less than 30 minutes to Floyd by the BRP."

"Our family had a wonderful experience. We were pleased that the property was secluded and enjoyed the majestic surroundings. "This was our fourth stay at Cozy Doe. Cozy is the perfect word to describe this lovely little home!It is in a quiet area and we enjoy the privacy. It is so clean, with comfortable beds and everything we need in the kitchen. We enjoy grilling on the deck. My favorite thing to do is sit in the screened in porch with a good book.
