"This is a beautiful property and beautiful location. Excellent service. Excellent staff. The restaurant over there is unique. Jessica helped us a lot. Giovanna, Debora, Esperanza all lovely ladies working there, would go out of the way to any help needed. Aniza is a great pastry chef and good baker. Loved our three days stay over there. "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Beautiful location overlooking the hills of Tuscany! Right from Martina checking us in, and the beautiful room with views, everything was amazing! Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom and all the amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, nice selection of food to choose from. The hotel terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine (thanks Greg!). All staff were pleasant and friendly! Definitely recommend!"
