"Lovely, local B&B. Good location for access to walking around town with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Accommodation is upstairs 2 or 3 flights of stairs with no lift but friendly staff on standby to assist. Lovely continental breakfast (need to pre -book or ask on arrival). "

"The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important. "

"This place is in remote town, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Carolina is wonderful explaining all the amenities and places in the quaint village. The parking lot is safe and convenient. The room was spacious, but wished the bathroom had a window. Loved the reading room with Refrigerator that was very useful! The breakfast was lovely! My husband and I stayed there very comfortably and felt like my own home!"

"This was a great location for staying in Montepulciano--right on one of the main walking streets, Gracciano nel Corso. Our host Amadeo went above and beyond helping us get around, trying to park the car, with restaurant recommendations, etc. Our room had a quiet patio attached, which was pleasant at night. Rooms were mostly quiet. They only complaints we had were that the bed and bedding were harder and flatter than we would have liked, and that you really need directions to come to the gate on...
