"We only stayed for one night but the hotel staff was exceptional. I liked the clean room however the shower had a bit of grim which for a four star hotel is not good. They advertise that there is 24 hour free shuttle service which is not true. But the staff was so nice to help us get taxi. The location of the hotel is incredible. For a short stay, I would recommend people to stay here."

"Overall, this is an excellent, modern, and beautiful hotel that fully deserves its 4-star rating. The room was outstanding, with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was impeccable—everything in the room was of high quality and kept very clean. The hotel offers parking, though I am not certain if there is a charge for it as I didn't focus much on the surrounding area. I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, as it is only about 30 minutes away from the airport. Furthermore, the train station is very close—just a 6-minute walk away—making it a great option for those relying on public transportation. Regarding the staff, the service was acceptable, though I believe there is room for them to be a bit more welcoming and attentive, which would truly elevate the guest experience. Additionally, while the room was generally very clean, I did notice a small yellow stain on one of the bed covers. I hope they pay closer attention to such details in the future, as the rest of the hotel's standards are excellent."

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. The staff was very helpful. We had the unfortunate experience of not arriving with our luggage. When our luggage was FINALLY scheduled to get to the hotel, I asked the staff to let us know when all our bags arrived immediately, regardless of the time, and that's exactly what they did at 12:30am :) The breakfast was also good, I just wish they would vary it a little more on a day to day basis. Regardless, everything was tasty. The location is also excellent! For us, it was very convenient to be that close to so many stores since we had a few things to buy while our luggage caught up with us. We will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Hotel Berna is a lovely place to stay. It’s very convenient to the main railway station and Hop-on-hop-off tours. Love their breakfast. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful."

"An amazing view and a brilliant hotel. They gave us two connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was a lot of room. No air conditioning which meant it was hot but they provided fans. The pizza on site was amazing for dinner that night. The drive up to it can be scary as very sharp turns and a lot of incline. Only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast as there was no options for any of us to eat. The waiter said that there was a delivery problem but it meant no croissants, no anything really apart from some old hard bread and some scrambled eggs. Was very disappointed with that."
