The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! "Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away."
