"Second time here in two years. Staff is always providing excellent, sincere hospitality. Registration is friendly and welcoming, bellman are always available to help with anything or answer questions, housekeeping and breakfast staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast offers everything a buffet can have, and the afternoon reception is enjoyable. Absolutely wonderful stay."
"This property is an absolute gem. Perfectly placed in Verona to be on top of everything you need but you wouldn't think it when you're in the room or on the terrace as.it is so quiet."
"Would be nice if the restaurant offered breakfast, not just the brown bag option available.
Great location and walkable to everything you might want to see"
"Room was clean, easy to find. Property is very secure. Staff was amazing from start to finish. Would stay here again as close proximity to everything."
"The room we had was lovely and clean. Sometimes we could hear noise from other guests coming up the stairs but that was ok for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They booked our taxi for us to get back to the airport. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and easy to get around."
