The building has two entrances: the main one is on the Square Ottolini and has a portal decorated with the emblem of the noble family, the other one is on Lungadige Panvinio that once lapped the river Adige.

The ground floor consists of a spacious dining room, a living room with bookshelf and TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
