L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. "Large well appointed house centrally located to many Piedmont sites. We enjoyed the balcony and mountain views. A few good restaurants within walking distance. Owner was quick with answers to questions. Highly recommend."

"Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"Nous avons apprécié cette vieille, grande et belle bâtisse pratiquement dans son jus. Elle est pleine de charme et de souvenirs de famille. La vue depuis la terrasse ou le jardin est fantastique. Amoureux du confort moderne s'abstenir, la villa Osvalda se mérite. Elle est bien située pour les balades à pied ou en voiture. Se munir d'anti- moustiques car ils sont nombreux à l'extérieur. Bref, toute la famille a aimé ce séjour."
