Location!

We had a wonderful time in Vero! We were so close to the beach, just a short walk. The beach was so quiet as we were in between public access points. It felt like a private beach! Thanks so much!

Great traditional FL cottage, amazingly wonderful beach

The cottage and host were terrific, host was most responsive and helpful. Private beach, pet friendly, was the highlight for us. Wonderful walks on the beach meeting other dog friendly folks (and dogs). This is the ideal beach focused get away.

Great Trip, better host!

Great location for a great beach week. Super easy walk to a secluded beach. House was great for what we needed. Lots of room, separate building was amazing too. Outdoor shower was definitely needed after a day at the beach! Great stay!

Thanksgiving Retreat

Our oldest child is in the area for school/work and we wanted to spend the holiday near him. So, we found this place close by and it worked out very well. Spacious, well equipped, and ideally located, this property allowed us to beachcomb, kayak, host a meal for 10+, and enjoy a week together as a family. Thank you very much for the use of your home.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. The house has everything needed for a day at the beach (chairs, cart, boogie boards, sand toys, fishing gear). And the beach is just a short walk. Would definitely recommend this house for a fun family getaway!

Excellent Property

Two families staying in town for a baseball tournament with teens. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Great Old Florida home

Lovely bungalow on fabulous street

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom bungalow with extra small guest house. The main bathroom has been updated and the kitchen has newer appliances. The street is quiet and gated. The beach is wonderful, flat and deep! Perfect resting spot for us!

Great beach stay

We were a group of 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 small dogs. Everyone had a wonderful time. House is just as described and shown on the pictures. The location is awesome, just a few steps of a beautiful private beach. Lauren, the owner, was always in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t beat the location

It was our first visit to Vero so I was unfamiliar with the island when I booked. We could not have asked for a more perfect location. Having access to the beautiful private beach, steps away, was the highlight of our visit. We felt very at home there and the back yard was great for our dog. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lauren was very kind and accommodating. We made great use of the bikes and beach chairs. We hope to return next year.

Great spot!

We had a wonderful month - most of the month it was my husband, myself and our dog but we had adult children visit and loved having the guest cottage for them to stay in. The location can't be beat - I worked remotely and walked up to the beach every day for a swim to end the day with - beach is beautiful and dog friendly. Neighbors are also very friendly and Lauren was responsive and helpful the few times we reached out. Two thumbs up - especially if you enjoy spending time on the beach.

Great home and amenities

We had a wonderful stay. Lauren was incredible. The house is steps from a private quiet beach and we had access to beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas did not need to bring anything. Brand new grill and the kitchen has everything you need. Used the outdoor shower everyday. Great food either on the ocean or in downtown. We will be back in a few months

Amazing.

We can’t wait to return. The house was perfect and fully stocked with everything you need. A short walk to your private beach with seashells galore. The host was very responsive before and during our trip. Only hiccups we had were no propane for the grill and the air conditioner in the small unit stopped working. Once we cleaned the filter it was good to go. We will be back for sure. Thank you Lauren for sharing your paradise with us

Location, Location, Amenities

This home is perfectly located! A short drive gets you to restaurants, a farmer market and numerous preserves or parks. However, there really is no need to leave. A short stroll takes you to a beautiful private beach with miles of sand to walk or to sit and enjoy the waves. The owner provided everything that is needed to enjoy the water from towels, chairs, sand toys and paddle boards.. After spending the day on the beach, return to an updated and amply supplied kitchen or a bathroom that is clean and with plenty of hot water. Check in was easy and the owner was responsive to any questions. When we return to Vero Beach this will be our go to home.

Great Vero Beach Stay

My two daughters and I spent a week in this rental to escape the January cold up north. The location is fabulous—very close to the beach, in a small gated neighborhood. We enjoyed using the bikes at the house to ride around the nearby area. There is a wide sidewalk that runs alongside Highway 1A and many neighborhoods branch off that make for great jogging/biking. Also, a state park is about a mile away and has beautiful nature trails and lake views. Our lab was with us and enjoyed the fenced yard. The home is modest but very comfortable. The owner communicated well and was very concerned about us having a great stay. We look forward to returning!

Terrific Beach Vacation!.

Lauren's house is on a sand street and a short walk to the most wonderful beach! We took long walks every day and our dogs could be off leash. AND, we often swam in the ocean when it was calm. Terrific! The kitchen is well equipped and there is everything you could possibly need for the beach. The little cottage in the back was perfect when our friends came to visit for a week with their two year old. My husband loved the outdoor shower! Lauren was very responsive to our needs and very welcoming. I can't say enough about our two months at Lauren's Beach House!
