"First, this is one of the most impressive places I've stayed at. The apartment is huge. A family could easily stay here for an extended period of time and be very comfortable. There's no sense of cramming a bed into a closet and calling it a bedroom, or filling the living room with bunk beds so more people can stay. It's a very well-laid out and comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, with a very large living space and full kitchen to boot. The decor and style is also very good.As other reviewers have said, communication with the host was a little lacking, and the check-in process was rocky. Apart from receiving an auto confirmation of my reservation, I didn't receive any communications or check-in instructions from the host until after I had messaged them a couple of times and called them on the phone, and I even reached out to VRBO customer support for help. This was as I was en-route to the stay so I was getting nervous as to whether the host was aware of my reservation.Once communications were finally established, however, the host did provide me with an access code and I didn't have any further issues. All that said, I'll happily stay here again next I'm in Vernon. It's a real gem in the center of town. I'll just be a little more proactive regarding communications ahead of time, and I'm sure all will be well."
