"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either.
